What counts
Report a link that points at any of this. If you are not sure, report it anyway and write down what you saw: a wrong report costs us a minute, and an unreported phishing link costs somebody their bank login.
- Phishing — any page harvesting passwords, card numbers or one-time codes.
- Malware, or a download that is not the thing the page says it is.
- Fraud and scams: fake shops, parcel-fee messages, advance-fee offers.
- Child sexual abuse material, which is removed and reported onward to the authorities.
- Intimate images shared without consent, and material published to expose or target a private person.
- Anything else that is illegal under Dutch or European law.
You need no account and you do not have to leave an email address. If you leave one it is used to tell you what was decided, and for nothing else.

What happens next
After you report
A report does not remove the link automatically. A person looks at it. That is deliberate: a service that removes a link on any report is a service anyone can use to make any link disappear.
Phishing and malware are looked at first, then everything else, and all of it without undue delay. There is no promised turnaround, because one person runs this and a deadline nobody can meet is worth less than no deadline. The link keeps working until someone has decided it should not.
If a link is taken down
It answers 410 Gone from then on and points nowhere. The row stays in the database, so there is a record of where it pointed — which is exactly what you want after a link has been abused.
The code is never reissued. Codes come from a counter that only moves forward and the row is never deleted, so a link that is gone stays gone rather than becoming somebody else's.
If your link was taken down and you disagree
Mail abuse@kortste.link with the code and why you think the decision was wrong. Nothing is thrown away when a link is taken down, so a decision can be looked at again against what is actually on record.
Say that you are the person who created it. There are no accounts here, so there is no way to tell that from our side.
For law enforcement and trusted flaggers
Mail abuse@kortste.link, saying what you need and under what authority. The form is built for members of the public: it takes one code at a time and cannot carry a warrant or a list.
There is little to hand over. Per link: where it pointed, when it was created, whether it was taken down, and any reports about it. There is no IP address against a link and no account behind it, because neither is stored.
Requests about your own data
Mail abuse@kortste.link. The report form asks for the code of a short link and refuses anything else, so a request about your own data cannot get through it.
